Ces nouvelles conditions de travail seront ench\u00e2ss\u00e9es dans un d\u00e9cret gouvernemental qui s\u2019appliquera \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau contrat pr\u00e9voit des hausses de <strong>15,4% sur cinq ans<\/strong>. Fait saillant, des comit\u00e9s paritaires sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour chacun des employeurs. De plus, la convention pr\u00e9voit des dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les agents affect\u00e9s seuls \u00e0 la surveillance d\u2019un lieu isol\u00e9. Les employeurs seront par ailleurs oblig\u00e9s de fournir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des toilettes sur les lieux de travail, ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas auparavant. Les \u00abt\u00e2ches connexes\u00bb seront mieux balis\u00e9es.<br \/>\nRappelons que les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont rejet\u00e9 une offe finale et globale en f\u00e9vrier dans une proportion de 67 % avant de retourner \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation. \u00abMalgr\u00e9 un contexte de n\u00e9gociation difficile, nous avons obtenu r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de nos demandes sur le plan normatif, au chapitre de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de la dignit\u00e9, et de l\u2019organisation du travail. Les hausses salariales annuelles d\u2019environ 3 % correspondent \u00e0 la moyenne haute de ce qui se n\u00e9gocie actuellement. Nous sommes aussi satisfaits d\u2019avoir obtenu le remboursement de la hausse du permis d\u2019agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 survenue en 2010\u00bb, explique le repr\u00e9sentant syndical St\u00e9phane N\u00e9ron.<\/p>\n<p>Une prime est par ailleurs instaur\u00e9e pour ceux et celles qui travaillent dans un \u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9 et sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 intervenir physiquement aupr\u00e8s de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Les agents qui effectuent de la garde priv\u00e9e en milieu hospitalier seront d\u00e9sormais remplac\u00e9s au moment de leurs pauses-repas. Les p\u00e9riodes de vacances pourront d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre morcel\u00e9es en 2 ou 3 semaines s\u00e9par\u00e9es. La proc\u00e9dure de supplantation a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, ainsi que les d\u00e9lais d\u2019arbitrage. Diff\u00e9rentes primes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bonifi\u00e9es et l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de kilom\u00e9trage passe de 45 \u00e0 50 cents.<\/p>\n<p>Le Syndicat des M\u00e9tallos, affili\u00e9 \u00e0 la FTQ, est le plus important syndicat du secteur priv\u00e9 au Qu\u00e9bec.
